Holly Hutchison Weinman, also known as AnRGirl, is a music artist-friendly business executive with over 35 years of experience in the music and entertainment industry. She is a visionary with a passion for discovering new talent, building artist brands, and cultivating unique identities. Holly’s credibility is built on her consistent track record of identifying successful artists, including Skid Row, Deftones, Alanis Morissette, Blink-182, Slipknot, Muse, Saliva, Bosson, and Vega 4.
Holly is a voting member of the Recording Academy’s New York Chapter for the Grammy Awards and a voting professional member of the Country Music Association. As an advocate for artists through AnRGirl, she is excited to offer a new form of music distribution for independent artists by leveraging innovative technological features that enhance advertising, branding, and development. AnRGirl provides independent artists with access to top producers, songwriters, next-level opportunities, and reliable promotion and marketing. Her team has achieved chart positions on Billboard and Editorial playlists for clients on a competitive level with major label artists.
Holly’s background includes significant roles in major recording corporations and mentorship from industry leaders in New York City (Atlantic Records – a Time Warner Company) and Los Angeles (Capitol Records/EMI). She has held top executive positions and successfully transitioned to being a well-respected, detail-oriented, and creative business owner. Through her artist development network, Holly has procured multi-million dollar record deal contracts for new artists with notable figures such as Jason Flom of Lava/Republic and Doug Morris, former CEO of Sony Music Entertainment.
Holly has managed US Based National Touring acts to double their income through re-branding as well as securing collaborations for new artists with world renowned multi-platinum selling producer TIMBALAND on tracks and executive producer.
