Kevon spent a few years promoting "Controversy Club" at the historic Limelight in NYC. Among the many notable takeaways from this experience is his staging the NYC debut of GWAR. He would go on to stage their first ever 3 shows in NYC.
Through his own Respect Management LLC, a business and lifestyle Management Company, Glickman is responsible for guiding recording artist Rick Ross to #1 on Billboard's Pop Album Chart with "Hustlin," the first song to sell to more than 1 million ringtones prior to its commercial release.
Kevon Glickman served as General Counsel/Executive Vice-President of Ruffhouse Records. Ruffhouse & Glickman were responsible for sales of over 100 million albums, including the largest selling rap album of all time, "The Score," by The Fugees which won two Grammy Awards, and "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill," which won five Grammy Awards.
As head of business affairs he helped guide the careers of Kris Kross, Cypress Hill, Kool Keith, DMX, Nas, Lauren Hill, The Fugees, and many more..
Glickman is the owner of Blingnot Media, a label and talent management firm, Blingnot produces and provides worldwide physical, digital and mobile distribution of music and, in partnership with the Orchard, INgrooves, MVD, Soulspazm, CinqMusic, Adshare and other distribution, streaming, and consumer facing platforms.
